Haley was baptized earlier this month (on the 5th) as a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints and it was a great day for our family:) We are excited for this decision she made to be baptized. She shared a baptism with 2 other boys from the other ward. Grandma Hatter gave a talk about baptism. She was baptized and confirmed a member by her dad. As I was helping her get changed into dry clothes after she was baptized, I asked her how she felt. She had this BIG smile on her face and she said, "I feel AWESOME." I am so glad she enjoyed her special day and was able to feel the Holy Ghost.
My sweet (and sassy) 8 year old. I just LOVE her freckles.

We had some food at our house after the baptism. I had to include this picture of her cake. I ordered it from Costco and told them it was for my daughter's baptism. They asked if I wanted a cross on it and I specifically said "no" but then when I went to pick it up, it had a big cross on it. I was in a hurry because we were on our way to the airport to pick up my parents so I wasn't going to make a big fuss and wait for a new cake. We tried to scrape it off but no such luck. Oh well, now I just giggle when I see a picture of it:)
Sydney just saw Haleys cake and said mom, you made me get a vanilla, but Haley got a chocolate one!!! lol... she looks gorgeous and love the dress you found... what a gorgeous girl.. Austin has those same freckles too.
