Beach Day

I did this one of Haley at the beach on one of our trips to Cali. I used a sketch from the Page Maps blog and used the challenge on the Scrapbooks Etc. site to incorporate another craft on your LO. I also love to sew so I sewed on a piece of fabric to hold the journaling. I finally gave in to using some of my Echo Park goodies!

Hugs

I used another of Liz's sketches. This one was on the Sweet Peach Crop Shop blog. It's about the hugs I give and get from Haley, love them!! Papers are from Lily Bee.

Can U Fix it???

I used a sketch for this one that was on the Crate Paper blog. Haley is playing with Tyler's Bob the Builder toys. The title I took from the Bob the Builder song and I cut out the letters from the patterned paper. Most of the papers are from the Little Sprout line.

Smile

I have been saving some of the kids' projects and other papers from school but not many of them have actually ended up on many of my scrapbook pages. So I accepted the challenge over on the Cosmo Cricket blog to make a LO using some kids artwork or project that they did. This is Tyler's school picture this year along with some questions that he answered and filled out at the beginning of the school year. I can't wait to do more of these type of layouts with school work and projects. I love having his point of view on there and his handwriting too. I used some papers and accents from the Boyfriend and Lil' Man lines.

This LO was for this week's challenge on the American Crafts blog to show something you are grateful for. Of course I chose my family. I cut out some shapes from the letterbox patterned paper and some butterflies too and of course used some thickers too.

Boating

A little boating excursion. As you can see, Haley was pretty skeptical about the whole boating experience. Tyler, however, had a great time tubing. I used a sketch from the Bo Bunny blog for their LO challenge that was posted here. I used some of my older papers from the Pep Rally and Grease Monkey lines.
