Fall Blogger's Quilt Festival
Last fall was the first time I heard about the blogger's quilt festival over at Amy's Creative Side. It is a great place for lots of yummy quilt inspiration and I have found quite a few quilty blogs to follow because of the blogger's quilt festival. So here's my first entry for the festival for the baby quilt category. I made this one over the summer for one of my sweet nephews who I will finally get to meet next month, yay!! This is my first quilt that I quilted on my own machine, just diagonal lines, and used my machine to sew on the binding instead of by hand since I thought it might be washed a bit more than a typical quilt.
